Zaadz came into my life via the yoga community. I'm a yoga teacher, wife and mother, and Integrative Medicine physician with a focus on natural hormone balancing. I'm married to an eco-entrepreneur and live in a “voluntary simplicity lab” in the Bay Area of California with our 2 beautiful children. I'm blessed to have a thriving integrative medicine practice on Lake Merritt in Oakland.

I believe in greening our lives. I'm still trying to figure out how to do that sustainably. We are in the process of remodeling a LEED-Platinum home in Rockridge.  Here's the blog:
